RDCO
The RDCO (Registered Dealers in Controlled Oil) return is a legislative return that has to be made to HMCE (Her Majestys Customs and Excise) by Oil Suppliers and the Fuelsoft application not only manages the data but also has a facility to electronically transmit the data to the HMCE web site.
